1. Reservation and Payment

1.1. To secure a booking for our food tour experiences, clients are required to make full payment at the time of booking.

2. Rescheduling Policy

2.1. Clients are allowed to reschedule their booked food tour experience with advance notice.

2.2. A rescheduling fee of 10% of the total tour cost will apply to all rescheduled bookings.

2.3. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour date to avoid additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our booking platform.

3.2. Cancellations made at least 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled tour date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

3.3. Cancellations made 1 day (24 hours) before the scheduled tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

3.4. Cancellations made on the day of the tour will incur a 100% cancellation fee, and no refunds will be issued.

4. Tour Changes and Cancellations by Lisbon Foodie Tours

4.1. Lisbon Foodie Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions or insufficient bookings.

4.2. In the event of a cancellation by Lisbon Foodie Tours, clients will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund of the tour cost.

5. Health and Safety

5.1. Clients are expected to adhere to all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the tour guide during the food tour.

5.2. Lisbon Foodie Tours will not be held responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise during the tour.

6. Liability

6.1. Lisbon Foodie Tours is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

6.2. Clients are responsible for their own travel insurance and medical coverage.

7. Photography and Media Release

7.1. Lisbon Foodie Tours may take photographs or videos during the tour for promotional purposes. Clients who do not wish to be featured in such media should inform the tour guide in advance.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

8.1. Lisbon Foodie Tours reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.

By booking a food tour with Lisbon Foodie Tours, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
